Ordered the ‘rubber plant’ on the 17th April for delivery the next day on the 18th. The plant made its way to the recipients house on time and my friend loved it. Highly recommend 😊

Ordered online flowers and delivery with a hand made card, flowers were beautiful but the hand made card didn’t arrive. I sent them an email asking for the card but didn’t got any reply. I’m happy for the flowers and disappointed for the card. Such a shame 🙄

Couldn’t fault anything..Excellent service, quick response and very helpful when I had to contact them from Ireland in the early hours to change delivery address at the last minute as my daughter was discharged from hospital earlier than expected!Flowers were beautiful and exactly as per the picture on the website.. My daughter cried tears as soon as she saw them and said “They’re Orchids from my mum”Thanks Hanging Basket.. for a job well done 👍

I can't recommend Hanging Basket Florist enough! It was by sheer luck I found this florist by googling florists within the Rockingham area. I found Hanging Basket and used their services for my wedding, all communication was clear from the start and all staff were extremely helpful. Not to mention my flowers were just so beautiful everyone commented. The flowers used for my ceremony were better than I even imagined. Highly recommended. Thank you once again, the Suttons x

Ordered a gift box for delivery to friends in WA from our home in the UK. The choice and prices on the website were clear and represented good value, however, the service we were given was unexpectedly good and surpassed all my expectations. Our friends were away (unbeknown to us) and so the initial delivery attempt was unsuccessful. We were emailed by the team and due to the time difference the email was here when I woke up the same day! A further delivery attempt was made (at no extra charge) and another email was sent as confirmation.Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to everyone wanting to order gifts or flowers in that locality.Many thanks to all at Hanging Basket Florist for their help and fabulous service.I look forward to using your company again.

I have known and used this florist for over 20 years. They never fail to provide the most amazing and appropriate (with a dashing touch of individuality) flower arrangements. Todd and family never fail to listen and suggest great ideas. They are budget aware, time aware and, most importantly occasion aware. There are so few occasions to have flowers these days, if you're going to do it, buy from a family that genuinely cares and gives their all into each and every arrangement.
