Honest Florist

We are a real local florist based in Rockingham, delivering directly to Greenfields and all suburbs north of Mandurah, south of Fremantle and west of Casuarina WA.

When you place your order on our website, we make and deliver the flowers ourselves – we do not on-sell your order to another florist like many other online ‘florists’ do. This way you know exactly who you are paying and what you get for your money, and that your money is staying in the local community.

Without disclosing it many online florists include delivery and handling fees in their prices – we have no hidden fees, the price listed is for the flowers or gift basket and delivery is added at the checkout – you can find a list of our delivery fees here.  Additionally there is a link to this on every page of our website – so we are as clear as possible about delivery fees.

Cymbidium Orchids

One of Springs most loved flowers is the Cymbidium Orchid. With large, beautiful, long-lasting blooms these local favourites always impress.

A stem or two in a vase can really add a touch of elegance to your home. Cymbidium Orchids are also one of the longest lasting cut flowers available. While their price may seem extravagant – around $30 for one stem! – they can last up to three weeks, sometimes even longer.

We do however have some inexpensive options – we can create a pretty box arrangement with the Cymbidium Orchids which start from $29.50

The diversity of flowers within the bromeliad species is amazing. This is yet another that I would love to add to my collection.

Bromeliads flourish in a warm, shady position.

At Hanging Basket Florist we always have bromeliads for sale in a variety of containers – rustic seagrass baskets  and  hessian bags or in colourful boxes with cellophane for a brighter look. These hardy plants make a great gift.
