On 11th July 1983 Neil and Margaret Smith opened their little florist shop in Rockingham. We have had many changes since then, moved around the shopping centre to half a dozen different locations, and a new generation are now running the business – but Hanging Basket Florist still provide beautiful fresh flowers and excellent service.
